Designed to bring simplicity to pH testing to environmental and agricultural testing, the HI98168 GroLine Professional Portable Soil pH Meter is engineered for direct insertion in soil. The specialized probe features a conical tip and a triple ceramic junction for improved performance in soils that have a low moisture content.

Features:

- Increased Traceability: Ensure that your data can be trusted with GLP data. Accessible by a fixed dedicated key, this data includes date, time, pH calibration buffers, offset, and slope.
- Versatile Data Logging: The HI98168's log-on-demand feature allows you to store up to 100 readings. The AutoEnd button can be used during measurement to hold the first stable reading on the display automatically.
- Superior Field Usability: Designed to withstand the knocks, drops, and spills of real life, the IP67 body ensures top performance in any environment. Your meter is better protected against dust and water intrusion from any direction. The Quick Connect DIN provides a water-tight seal without twisting.

Supplied with FC2143 Foodcare electrode:

- Triple Ceramic Junction: The HI12923 has three ceramic frits that allow electrolyte to flow at a high rate from the inside of the probe to the outside. A higher flow rate increases the accuracy of measurements of soil with low moisture.
- Conical Glass Tip: The conical shaped tip design allows for penetration into soil and soil slurries.
- Glass Body: A glass body is easy to clean, is chemically resistant, and quick to reach thermal equilibrium for a faster, more stable measurement.

CAL Check:

- Alerts user to potential problems during calibration including when to clean electrode and possible buffer contamination
- Displays overall condition of the pH electrode after calibration that is based on the offset and slope characteristics

GLP Features:

- GLP data including date, time, pH calibration buffers, offset, and slope
- GLP data stored with logged data for traceability

Includes:

- Cleaning Solution for Soil and Humus Deposits: Your Soil pH Meter comes with cleaning solution that has been engineered to keep your electrode free from organic materials found in soil. This concentrated combination of detergents cleans your tester quickly and effectively so that your tester stays in optimum condition.
- pH 4 & 7 Buffer Sachets: When performing a pH calibration it is important that the correct buffers are used. We include some start buffers to get you going.
- Complete Package: Your meter, probe, and accessories are all neatly packaged in a rugged carrying case to ensure that you have everything you need for on-the-go field testing.
