You can return any order under $2000 (ex GST) within 30 days of your purchase. Make sure both the goods and the packaging are in as-new condition. We'll even pay for the return delivery!
Step 1.If you change your mind or it is not the right product for your application call us on 1300 261 692 to let us know and then complete the easy returns form at this link.
Step 2. Instrument Choice will then arrange and pay for the delivery back to our warehouse! Remember, make sure your returned items and packaging are in original condition and sent back to us, along with the completed returns form within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 3. We will refund you the full costs of your order within 15 days of receiving the returned goods in our store. Alternatively, you can exchange the item(s) for something more suited for your application .
Don't forget, every product Instrument Choice sells has a warranty, if the product is faulty or does not work as specified, we will fix the problem. See our warranty page for more information.
