The AGROSTA Winterwood is an automatic machine for testing a batch of fruits or vegetables. It provides firmness (using a Durofel head, measurements 0 to 100%) and size. Suitable for soft fruits (tomatoes, grapes and plums) and berries (blueberry, cherry, apricot, and cranberry). It offers several advantages such as:
Improved accuracy:
Durofel is a proven principle based on Shore A standard (Shore norm is dedicated to soft materials, rubber and foams). The effect on measurement of irregularities on the surface of the fruit is very attenuated and mechanical inaccuracies are avoided through the use of this principle.
Versatility/Adaptability:
The size is provided in mm and can be calibrated by the user. The AGROSTA Winterwood can be modified based on the type of fruit being measured. For example, 4 different tables for blueberries (Small/Normal/Big/ Big+) with 32 cups (measurement of 32 fruits within 2 minutes) and 3 different tables for cherries (Small/ Normal/Big) Big can be used for apricot or cherry tomato as well. All tables are easily changed in seconds.
Software:
The software is for Windows and is compatible with all Windows versions (Vista, XP, 7,8,8.1,10). Comes with a light version of Excel (So the user does not need Office on his/her computer)

Important Reminders:
- Specify the type of table needed on purchase.
- The Agrosta Winterfast/durofel version is not waterproof! It is a precision instrument; please take care to avoid dropping or knocking it.
- Fruits like Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries and Raspberries are destroyed during measurementThis has no effect on the measurements, as the machine records only the maximum pressure
