The Single Gas Clip or SGC is a maintenance free gas detector providing 24 months of continuous protection from atmospheric hazards. Its compact, reliable and rugged design combines well with its simple to use, one-button operation, providing a detector thats easy to use and requires little time on training.
All SGC models come standard with the bump test reminder feature when activated. If the detector has not been bump tested within the designated interval, the instrument will flash and show buP across the screen alerting the user or supervisor that the bump test is due. In addition to the flash, the TESTIcon will continually display in the upper left hand corner.
The Single Gas Clip is fully compatible with the Clip Dock automatic test and calibration docking station (sold separately) which is mounted in a sturdy, field portable, pelican case.
Using the GCT IR link the detector is configurable allowing the user to change alarm set points and other settings and download data such as events, bump test and updates. Detectors can also be special ordered with custom alarm set points.
