The Dig-stem-1 Digital Stem Thermometer is a convenient, handheld option for individuals who need to have a highly accurate thermometer for food preparation, photo developing, brewing and laboratory work.
Great option for checking temperatures of food with +-1C Accuracy.
The thermometer has a range of -50 to 200C, and it has been proven to be accurate within one degree. While it is in use, it takes a new sample of the temperature every 0.7 seconds. The thermometer has a stainless steel probe and a splash proof body.
The Dig-stem-1 retains records about the highest and lowest temperature readings, and it also has data hold functions. The extended life battery will last 5,000 hours.
