The Kyoritsu 3131A is an analogue insulation and continuity tester, capable of measuring insulation resistance up to 400MΩ at 1000V. The 3131A also features the ability to test continuity up to 20Ω and employs a warning lamp and audible buzzer to indicate a live circuit.

The Kyoritsu 3131A is an analogue insulation and continuity tester, capable of measuring insulation resistance up to 400 milliohms at 1000V. The 3131A also features the ability to test continuity up to 20 and employs a warning lamp and audible buzzer to indicate a live circuit.
The Kyoritsu 3131A integrates several safety features including fuse protection (continuity range only). In addition, the front panel incorporates a zero adjust feature to maintain accurate readings.
The 3131A model contains a battery check LED and also a backlight function, to facilitate working in dimly lit environments. Supplied with test leads, cord case, 2 x fuses, batteries and a shoulder strap.
