The SPX-100 is a state-of-the-art 915 MHz wireless temperature probe designed for checking food temperatures. It can be operated manually as its a handheld with pushbutton to measure and transmit temperature.
- Range of measurement: -50 to +250 C.
- Transmits measurements on the Hygeian 915Mhz network to the local GW100 gateway.
- Can be connected to a WTX-RCP sensor and placed in a receptacle when not in use.

The SPX-100 is a state-of-the-art 915 MHz wireless temperature probe designed for checking food temperatures. It requires no Bluetooth pairing because it transmits on the Hygeian 915Mhz network to the local GW100 gateway. The SPX-100 temperature can be displayed on the live dashboard, where it can be manually recorded. It should, however, be used in conjunction with the Hygeian Spot Checking type checklist to record and report food temperatures. The checklist should be displayed on a device such as a tablet, phone or laptop. This type of checklist is included in the Food Safety Management Subscription.
