The Wireless Vantage Pro2 and Data Logger is a great option for weather enthusiasts who wish to track and report current and historical weather data. Collected data can be shared via a user's weather website, the Citizen Weather Observer Program and the GLOBE Program. The inclusion in this kit of the IC6520 Data Logger dongle and software (for MAC OSX) provides weather enthusiasts with the complete necessary package to track, graph, store and report on the weather. You'll see current weather conditions, including indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed and direction, dew point and rainfall. You'll also get weather forecast icons, moon phase, sunrise/sunset times, graphing of weather trends, alarms and more. The weather station sensors are protected by a radiation shield and a weather-resistant shelter.
