The Handheld Fluorometer is a convenient version of the Classic Fluorometer series, where the fluorescence sensor is installed on a pistol grip/leaf clip assembly, and is connected to the shoulder-strap mounted Portable Datalogger. One simply clips in a sample leaf with the thumb-operated clip, directs the PAR sensor to the vertical and presses the trigger.

The water resistant sensor design enables convenient measurement of wet material including aquatic plants, algae and wet leaves.
