How to Setup of the IC-7264 Digital Scale
- Place the scale plate onto the scale body.
- The scale must be balanced to ensure measurement accuracy. Balance the scale by twisting any of the four legs until the bubble level is centred. Tip: When relocating the scale always adjust the legs to rebalance.
- The scale can run off mains power or, off four AA batteries. Depending on your intended power supply either;
- Batteries: Locate the battery cover on the base of the device and slide to open. Insert four AA batteries observing the polarity and slide the battery cover back into place.
- Mains Power: Plug the power adaptor into the AC port on the side of the scale and plug into mains power and switch on.
- Turn on the device pressing the red 'ON' button. The device will count up from 1 to 9 and then, it is ready for use.
- Assemble the plastic walls. The four walls line up and click together, ensure the two slightly larger walls run parallel to each other. After assembling the four walls, place them over the scale; the two taller walls will be on the left and right of the unit while the shorter ends sit at the front and back. When the walls are sitting flush with the scale, place the lid on top of the four walls.
- The scale is now ready for use.
