These meters can obtain an accurate Brix measurement by merely touching the surface of the fruit and pressing a button. There's no cutting or squeezing of fruit before taking a measurement. There's no wiping and cleaning after measurements. This nondestructive process facilitates a complete inspection of batches. What's more, as the measured fruit remains intact, it can then be shipped or sold, meaning less wastage of valuable products.

Fruit Brix measurements are obtained by touching the fruit on or pressing the meter against the meters specific fruit variety. The specially designed sensor head fits well against the surface of the fruit, allowing you to take indoor and outdoor measurements without interference from external light.
