Pocket-sized: Digital Pal Series

Traditional Analogue Type: Master Series

 Mess-Free: IR Brix Refractometers

The latest addition to the Atago family of Brix refractometers is the series of Hikari IR Brix meters. You obtain accurate Brix measurements by merely touching the meter’s sensor on the fruit's surface and pressing a button. There’s no cutting or squeezing and consequently no wiping and cleaning afterwards. The non-destructive process results in a complete Brix inspection of foods - without product wastage.  

Product Example: Pocket IR Brix Meter (Mango) Product code: IC-PAL-HIKARi-15  The IC-PAL-HIKARI-15 measures Brix in mangos.
