The Hanna HI9813-6 Meter is an economical, water-resistant, portable meter that accurately measures pH, conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS) and temperature with a single probe.

- 3-in-1 Probe: Measurements are as simple as possible using the HI1285-6 temperature, pH and EC multiparameter probe (included).
- Hanna Instrument’s intelligent CAL Check feature is built into the HI9813-6 to ensure you know when your probe needs to be calibrated or replaced.
- Water Resistant: The Hanna HI9813-6 is water-resistant, ensuring it is suitable for virtually any lab or field-based measuring application.
- Automatic Temperature Compensation: All readings are compensated for temperature variations to ensure correctness.
- Intuitive, dedicated buttons: For straightforward operation, the Hanna HI9813-6 has six dedicated buttons to move between the measurement modes and knobs for single-point calibration of pH and EC (Figure 1).
- Large Display: Large LCD screen displays either pH, EC, TDS, temperature readings, along with handy tutorial instructions.
- Easy calibration: The Hanna HI9813-6 can be calibrated manually to a single point. pH is calibrated to pH 7.01 while EC/TDS can calibrate to either 1.41 mS/cm (1413 µS/cm) or 1500 ppm.
- Variable EC to TDS conversion factor: The conversion factor automatically adjusts from 0.56 to 0.78 based on actual conductivity readings.
- Rugged polypropylene body electrode: The polypropylene body houses all the sensors in a single body design and is durable. The probe is gel-filled for maintenance-free operation.
- Amplified pH electrode: The pH electrode circuit has a built-in amplifier that will reduce the effects of electrical noise on the high impedance pH measurement. Examples of sources of electrical noise include motors, ballasts, and pumps, which are common in greenhouses.
